# Pricing — CapregSoft

CapregSoft is a senior backend & AI engineering agency. Work is priced per
engagement with a fixed estimate agreed before any commitment — there are no
published flat rates because scope (number of services, migration surface,
integration count) drives cost. The estimate is given on a free 30-minute
technical discovery call.

## How engagements are priced

1. **Technical discovery call** — Free, 30 minutes, with a senior engineer
   (not a salesperson). We tell you straight if we can help; if we're not the
   right fit, we say so and point you somewhere better.
2. **Discovery & Proof of Concept** — Weeks 1–2. We map the bottleneck, agree
   on target numbers, and ship a working PoC. A fixed estimate for the full
   build is provided here, before any commitment.
3. **Agile build** — Two-week sprints, senior engineers only, demoable
   progress every cycle. You see the code, not just status updates.
4. **Hardening & handoff** — Load testing, OWASP Top 10 security pass,
   documentation, and a clean handoff. You own the system, not a black box.
